Strathalbyn Conveyancing, formerly Chris Rodgers Conveyancing, have provided professional Conveyancing advice to the Strathalbyn area for over 30 years.
The business was first opened in 1988 by Chris Rodgers in Albyn Terrace. Soon after they tool over the practice of GW Montgomery and Son and moved into Dawson Street where Chris’ business grew to include Heather Harley as receptionist.
Nicole Cleggett joined Chris as a Conveyancer’s Assistant in 2002, and went on to complete her study and registration as a Conveyancer in 2008.
Karen Francis came on board in 2013, due to Heather’s retirement. The office then relocated to an elegant old cottage in Catherine Street.
The name changed to Strathalbyn Conveyancing in 2017 to reflect a rebrand and new identity with the same professional service in the local community.
2018 was a major milestone year for Strathalbyn Conveyancing, as Chris celebrated 30 years in business and Nicole 10 years as a Registered Conveyancer.
Nicole has taken over from Chris in the business, allowing Chris to spend part of his time in the office and part time with his growing family.
Karen completed her studies with TAFE at the end of last year and is currently waiting for her graduation certificate to apply for registration as a Conveyancer.
Strathalbyn Conveyancing aim to take the stress out of transferring property and proudly give current, professional and friendly advice you can rely on.
We are active supporters of numerous sporting clubs and local events held in Strathalbyn and the Fleurieu region.
