Strathalbyn Conveyancing have been serving the local community for about 30 years and their office has recently expanded due to the strong real estate market. Accordingly, we would like to take this opportunity to introduce the team to you.

Nicole Cleggett
Nicole Cleggett, Director of Strathalbyn Conveyancing, is a Certified Practising Conveyancer, which demonstrates her continual effort in training and keeping up to date within the industry she is passionate about.

Nicole is married with three children, lives in Langhorne Creek, and enjoys playing netball and tennis. She is active with various volunteering activities and in her spare time enjoys yoga and sitting back with a good book.

Karen Francis
Karen Francis is a Registered Conveyancer, she commenced working with us in 2012 and completed her Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing in 2018. Karen also has a background in finance.

Karen and her husband live locally on a small farm on the outskirts of Strathalbyn with their two daughters and a healthy collection of assorted animals. Karen is also involved with various sporting activities as well as enjoying yoga, horse riding, gardening and, also in her spare time, reading.

Michelle Loechel
Michelle Loechel is our third Registered Conveyancer. Michelle joined Strathalbyn Conveyancing in 2019. She gained her Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing in 2016, and prior to that, she had worked as a Registration Officer at the Lands Title Office.

Michelle lives on a property in the Adelaide Hills with her husband, two dogs and, excitingly, is due to have her first baby later this year. Michelle currently enjoys spending time outdoors with her family & friends on her beautiful property.

Sue Geisler
Sue Geisler is our Admin Assistant and joined our team in 2020. She oversees the opening and managing of files.  It is Sue’s cheery voice you first hear when you call us or as she introduces our office to you.

Sue is married and lives on a small property close to Strathalbyn, she enjoys cooking, preserving, gardening, growing veggies and reading. Sue is currently collecting grandchildren; she has four but is hoping for more.

Collectively we have extensive experience in looking after the conveyancing needs of our clients with a prompt, reliable and stress-free service. We can, and do, transact property in all corners of South Australia.
